Amazing results:
Before I started my personal training with Roger Stewart of Physio Fitness, I was a size 12 and weighed 200lbs.. I was so depressed, I ate fast food and chocolate everyday. Disgusted with myself, I knew I had to make a change in my lifestyle. I invested in some personal training sessions. At first we started out slow, 1-2 x week...and eventually worked my way up to 5 x week. After working with Roger, my weight has dropped 57lbs.! (which is where i set the goal for myself.) And I have been keeping it there! I am now fitting into my size 6 again! my body fat % has dropped 19% !
I am much happier now, and when I look into the mirror, I like what I see!
I now have lots more energy, so I can now do cardio 4 x week and weight train 5 x week, meeting with Roger when i need that extra push, or if I feel I have reached a sticking point.
The most important thing I have learned is not to compare myself to anyone else, (Roger helps me feel comfortable with who I am.) And not to give up...ever!

I feel like a million bucks:
I had knee surgery back in December 2008. All the left leg muscles were
gone and because I had nerve damage, they were not coming back. From
December to June, I couldn't exercise. Needless to say, I gain a lot of
weight and I had no strength on my left leg. I started with gravity
training under "Physio Fitness". The results are fabulous! I went
shopping for new clothes, and my muscles are coming back. "Physio
Fitness is absolutely the best. I was going under depression and
because during the training the endorphins really kick in, I feel like
a million bucks every time I work out.

I have gotten alot stronger:
I started my training with Roger Stewart 4 years ago. my regular training session in the gym would range from two to four hours. I am a professional cyclist and wanted to channge to a program to help me with not just my cycling, but my posture as well. roger introduced me to his core training program which would entail a time efficient 30-45 minutes of working out. The whole concept of core training was new to me and the results were incredible. I went from a weight of 195 pounds to an athletic, lean 175 pounds. In my opinion the core training methods that Roger has developed are the best I have seen in the fitness world and would benefit anyone looking to improve their body shape, weight, posture and gaining more energy. I would highly recommend Roger Stewart as a personal trainer.

I FEEL BETTER THAN EVER..AT AGE 70 ! :
I would like to let you know the results of my personal training with Roger Stewart of Physio Fitness. I had my evaluation and discussion on June 28, with Roger. I started my first personal training session on July 1. I have finished my package on Sept. 12.
After meeting 2 times per week, and being dedicated in following Rogers' instructions here is what the personal training and nutrition have done for me:
* I have lost exactly 20 lbs......from 200 down to 180
* My blood pressure has returned to normal so I no longer require medication.
* My swollen ankles have returned to normal
* I am less stooped because I have strengthened my back muscles
* I no longer suffer from chronic reflux.
Roger has helped me establish an excellent workout routine and a good method for balancing my diet to sustain me for the future. He has been an excellent personal trainer.
INCIDENTALLY, I had my 70th birthday on Aug. 13!

I have been a client of Physio Fitness for over 3 years. In that time, they have exhibited a very high level of professionalism and integrity. I AM SLIMMER AND FEEL SEXIER ! :
When I first met Sarah of Physio Fitness , I wasn’t sure if she was the right trainer for me. What could she possibly know about the struggles of an overweight 40 year old? In our first meeting she said three things to me that convinced me otherwise. She said this was her life’s passion, that she had helped many people lose more than 50 pounds and that she, herself had to workout and watch what she ate. So we started working out several times a week and every week the scale would go down and the muscles grew. It was amazing to see my body change. She was always very positive, even when I would get discouraged, but she never let me forgot how far I had come and the strides we had made. No two workouts were ever the same, which kept it interesting and challenging. Actually, very challenging! Just when I thought I couldn’t push myself any harder or lift any more weight she would prove me wrong. Good thing, too, I have lost 40 pounds, close to 30 inches and no longer take high blood pressure medication. I still have a few pounds to go and I know we will get there, probably not as fast as I would like, but fast enough. The one thing Sarah always reminds me is not to get hung up on the number on the scale or a specific size. She has taught me it is about being healthy, happy and enjoying life.
